Connecting with Katie Perrone DPT. Owner of Live Without Limits Physical Therapy and Wellness Company
Who are you?
My name is Katie Perrone, and I'm the owner of Live Without Limits - Physical Therapy and Wellness Company. I'm a physical therapist with 7 years experience with a variety of different types of clients, ranging from athletes to the geriatric population. I enjoy running, biking, and lifting weights!
What do you do?
I am a physical therapist who works in a one-on-one environment with my clients. I offer both virtual and in-person visits and communication between visits, all depending on each person's needs. My goal is to make sure that each person is receiving the best care they can, which I can provide when I am focused completely on them individually. I help people with pain, injury prevention, stretching, injury recovery, headaches, sports injuries, and helping people to truly live the life they love and live without limits. I help people to not be held back from their pain or limitations, and help people to learn how they can stay injury free once they have recovered from an initial injury.
Where can I find you?
You can follow me on Instagram @katieperrone.pt or on Facebook at www.facebook.com/katie.perrone.54. You can also connect with me via email at katieperronedpt@gmail.com or at 860-698-1934. I'm out and about in the community and travel to people's homes, gyms, events, offices, etc.
When did you get started?
I started working as a physical therapist almost 7 years ago and started working with my clients in a one-on-one setting about 4 years ago. Making that switch has allowed me to customize each person's individual plan and goals and to stay in close communication with them throughout their care so that they get back to the things they love quicker!
Why are you a good fit for my clients?
I work with all different types of clients and all ages, but primarily people who are active. People who are active are not only the most likely to be injured, but can also benefit from PT before they get injured so they can learn the best ways to stay injury free. For younger kids, physical therapy is great to get ahead of injuries or stay on top of new injuries so they don't develop into long-lasting injuries and pain that interfere with their life in the future. For adults, pain and injury is one of the biggest culprits in keeping them from being able to stay active and healthy. If we can keep people active and pain free, they can live the life they love and be healthier too.
